Banking to the left, compensating to the right... OOF!
A couple days ago I hit my read REALLY hard, to the point I was considering getting myself checked out. So I've been really sensitive to anything unusual in my perceptions.

Yesterday I almost posted that I was "banking to the left" by which I meant that no matter where I stood the room I was in seemed to be sloping off to my left, which at first I attributed to the head injury but then I remembered that for the past couple weeks I've been stumbling into things on my right and NOW I know why!

Actually I've had that before, but not recently and my impression is that it is a result of a sinus infection which I'm winning, but slowly.

Lately, friends have been telling me (or posting in their LJs) that they too have been getting really bad headaches and or migraines. Knowing that people with Migraines "hate" to be advised otherwise, I've been keeping my mouth shut about it. What I'm doing for myself is taking my asshole pill (Mucinex) twice daily and trying to watch my mouth. :-)

I'm posting this publicly in case any of my LJ friends wish to direct their migrainey friends here.

I hate hitting my read. Hate hitting my head, too ;-).

Hope it feels better.

Not to pick nits, but there is a world of difference between a migraine and a sinus headache. A migraine is caused by a constriction of the blood vessels to the head, which causes the aura that precedes a migraine, followed by a rapid dilation of the vessels, which causes the blinding, sickening pain. Mucinex would not help.
