It is possible I owe *everyone* an apology.
Today someone I love dearly sent me a reply to an email in which she explained that something I said "hurt". I'm looking at the email, which I'll refrain from quoting now, and I cannot figure out how it is hurtful to save my life.

Beyond a point of failing to figure something out, I tend to wonder if the fallacy is in *me* and that is currently the conclusion I am coming to. I don't think I'm always this offensive so I'm going to assume that this is a side effect of one or another drug I am taking. The last time I had this problem was in the late 90's when I was taking a prescription medication for my sinuses. It made me into an incredible asshole at the time. I've since come to learn that taken regularly this drug does not appear to cause this as I tend to acclimate to how it affects me. Recently I've had to start taking it again. It is called "Guifennesin"(sp?) and "Humibid" and now is available over the counter as "Mucinex"

Of course, this is just a theory, and it is possible that that email thing was just a misunderstanding. I will say that as a general rule I don't express joy at anyone's death even in humor, in fact I normally tend to scowl at those who express joy at other misfortunes of even unpopular people. For example, I've expressed the opinion that should Osama Bin Laden ever be captured he should not be put to death, but rather given a life sentence during which time he is educated and westernized as much as possible. I'd like to hear him on interviews explaining exactly why America is so unpopular in this part of the world.

As I posted in a recent comment to one of those people I offended, as soon as my festivities are over I will be getting back in touch with the FSA regarding the mess with Fred and the FSG. I think it would be in everyone's interests if I were not taking any such medication while trying to deal with such a delicate matter, but unfortunately it is during this time of year that I'm most susceptible to sinus and chest infections so it may be unavoidable.

Full moon

It is also possible that this had something to do with it. I apologize, sincerly, for my part in it.

BTW, if you have a minute, my friend gigglingwizard is inviting readers to critique his shed plans. I'm sure he'd appreciate input from someone who actually might have a clue about it. :)
