Chicken Korma! (in a blender???)
I've been hinting around about this but this is my first formal announcement. My borderline insane love of Indian food struck me the other day and I realized that though my kitchen is only have completed I have more than adequate facilities to reproduce "Chicken Korma", or so it would seem. A couple days ago I looked up recipes online and recorded THREE apparently entirely different recipes, but with a little ingenuity I have devised a common thread recipe which incorporates one recipe's use of a blender for a fast and easy stage of preparation.

Tonight I have prepared my first batch and though it has not finished simmering it appears I'm on the right track. Several of my friends have already expressed an interest in the recipe which I will be posting as soon as I have settled on one I'm entirely happy with.

For reasons which you may consider OBVIOUS, I am currently substituting TURKEY broth and TURKEY for chicken.

PS: Mmmmmmm! If I NEVER make it any better than it already is tonite, I'll have nothing to apologize for serving this to my friends!

The recipe

Is essentially done. As I developed two styles of preparation in the process I need two work out a way to express that in the finished recipe, but I will be posting it soon, almost certainly in the next few days
